Help Center

Quick answers for everyone who uses Oriente 33 — members, the Secretary's office, the Treasury and Administration. It is the same content as the Help section inside the system.

The screens mentioned here are inside the system. Sign in to my account

Member Dashboard

How do I RSVP for a meeting?

Open 'Calendar & Meetings' in the side menu. Click the meeting to open its details and use the attendance button. You will only see meetings compatible with your degree.

Where do I see notices?

Notices appear on the main Dashboard when you sign in. Pinned notices are highlighted at the top; the rest rotate in a carousel. To see everything, click 'View all' or open 'My Notices' in the menu.

How do I pay my dues?

Open 'Dues' in the side menu. Pending charges are listed there. If your Lodge has connected its Stripe account, pay by card right there — the payment is confirmed automatically. Otherwise, arrange payment with your Treasurer, who records it, and your standing updates immediately.

What are one-time charges?

Besides monthly dues, the Treasurer can create one-time charges for initiations, degree fees, or special events. They appear on the same 'Dues' screen, under 'One-time Charges'.

How do I update my personal details?

Click your name in the top-right corner and open 'Profile'. You can update your email, phone, and photo. Degree and office data are managed by the Secretary.

Secretary's Office

How do I add a new member?

Open 'Member Management' in the menu (Admin level). Click 'Add Brother', fill in the personal details and set the access level. The member receives an email with sign-in credentials.

How do I publish a notice?

Open 'Notice Board' in the side menu (Secretary level). Click 'New Notice', fill in the title and content. Check 'Pin notice' to highlight it above the others on every member's dashboard.

How do I add a meeting to the Calendar?

Open 'Calendar' in the menu. Click '+ New Meeting' and fill in: title, date and time, type (Stated Meeting, Special Communication, Instruction…), location and minimum degree. Members only see meetings compatible with their degree.

How do I edit a brother's record?

Open 'Member Records' and search by name. Click 'Edit' to update data such as Member ID, initiation/passing/raising dates, current office and history.

Treasury

How do I bill dues to everyone at once?

On the Treasury Dashboard, click 'Bill annual dues', choose the dues year and confirm the amount: the system creates the charge for every active member in one click. The due date, the default amount and the suspension notice deadline are set once in 'Dues settings' — the system only warns, it never suspends anyone. Lodges that bill monthly use 'Bill dues', with a reference month.

How do I create a one-time charge?

On the Treasury Dashboard, click '+ One-time Charge'. Select the brother, describe the charge (e.g. 'Initiation Fee'), enter the total amount and the number of installments (up to 24). The system creates one charge per installment automatically.

How do I record a payment?

On the Treasury Dashboard, use the 'Record Payment' tab. Select the member and the matching charge, then confirm the payment. The charge status updates immediately.

How do I follow up with members who are past due?

Open 'Dues Status' in the Treasury menu. You can see every member's standing for the selected month and follow up individually. Email reminders for overdue members are available for your lodge.

Administration

How do I configure the Lodge details?

Open 'Settings' in the Admin menu. You can update the Lodge name, number, Grand Lodge and rite. Changes are saved immediately and reflected across the system.

How do I manage or cancel the subscription?

In 'Settings', scroll to the 'Subscription' section. Click 'Manage / Cancel subscription' to open the billing portal. Access remains active until the end of the period already paid.

How do I export the Lodge's data?

Open 'Export data' in the menu. Choose the contents (full, Secretary or Finance, depending on your access level), confirm your sign-in password and create a password for the file. The file is generated in the background and you receive an email when it is ready. To download it, sign in and enter the file password. The link is valid for 7 days or 5 downloads. The file password is not stored and cannot be recovered. After the subscription is canceled, the Lodge can still export its data for 30 days.

How do I open the exported file?

The file is a ZIP encrypted with AES-256, which the built-in unzip tools of Windows and macOS cannot open. Use 7-Zip or WinRAR (Windows) or Keka (macOS), with the file password. Inside, LEIA-ME.html explains every spreadsheet. The CSV spreadsheets open in Excel via Data → From Text/CSV, with semicolon as the separator.
