About Oriente 33
Oriente 33 was born from a real need: a Lodge that searched the market for a system built for its routine and found nothing alike. The options were either loose spreadsheets and chat groups, or generic software that did not understand Masonic life — degrees, sessions, dues, the charity fund, visitor attendance.
So we built the tool we wished we had: robust enough to run an entire Lodge, yet simple and accessible to operate — designed for every brother, from Entered Apprentice to Worshipful Master, with no technical knowledge required.

Secretariat
Complete Masonic records (degree, member number, initiation/elevation/exaltation dates, office history), member management, candidate vetting, the bulletin board and Lodge documents — fully isolated and secure per Lodge.
Calendar & Attendance
Sessions scheduled by degree, with access restricted to each brother's degree. Attendance confirmation for members and visitors via link and QR Code, external visitor records and Visit Certificate issuance.
Treasury & Finance
Membership dues and installment-based one-off charges, a real-time compliance dashboard, chart of accounts, balance sheet, transaction history, per-member financial reports and manual payment confirmation.
Communication (Email)
Dues reminders and Lodge notices delivered to each member's inbox — individually or to the whole Lodge — with a full history of what was sent.
Charity Fund
Collection and control of the charity fund kept separate from the Lodge treasury — manual entry of income and expenses in the international versions — with balance, donations and charity expenses visible on the dashboard.
Member
Each brother accesses their profile, dues and payment history, the calendar of sessions for their degree, architecture works, partner benefits and the résumé bank.
Access & Security
Role-based access control (RBAC) across 5 levels — Member, Secretariat, Treasury, Administration and Worshipful Master — with each Lodge fully isolated from the others and data privacy compliance.
